How to Order
NITMIBIO sells research-use-only materials to approved members in the United States. Orders are paid by bank payment directly to NITMIBIO LLC and ship once payment is received.
Who can buy
- Approved members only. Ordering requires a NITMIBIO account. Accounts are by invitation and are reviewed before approval.
- United States only. Billing and shipping addresses must be in the United States. We do not ship internationally or to freight forwarders or reshipping services.
- Research use only. Every order is for lawful research use, as described in our Terms and Conditions. Products are not for human or veterinary use.

How ordering works
- Log in to your member account and add items to your cart.
- Check out with a US billing and shipping address, and choose a payment method: ACH, bank transfer (wire) or Zelle.
- Get your payment instructions.After you place the order, we email you the payment details for NITMIBIO LLC with your order number.
- Send payment for the order total. In the memo or reference field, enter NITMIBIO order and your order number. Please include only your order number.
- We confirm and ship. Once payment is received, we confirm by email and ship your order with tracking.
Payment methods
All payments go directly to the NITMIBIO LLC business account. We do not accept credit or debit cards at this time.
Local customers: choose local pickup at checkout, and you can pay with cash on delivery when you collect your order.
ACH
A bank-to-bank transfer you send from your own bank or business account.
- Usually 1 to 3 business days to arrive
- Memo: NITMIBIO order and your order number only
Bank transfer (wire)
A domestic wire transfer from your bank.
- Usually arrives the same business day
- Reference: NITMIBIO order and your order number only
- Any fees charged by your bank are paid by the sender
Zelle
Send from your bank's app to NITMIBIO LLC.
- Usually arrives within minutes
- Memo: NITMIBIO order and your order number only
- Your bank's Zelle limits apply
Payment and shipping timing
- Please send the exact order total in one payment.
- Orders ship within the United States at a flat shipping rate, shown in your cart. Local pickup is also available at checkout.
- Utah orders include Utah sales tax, shown at checkout.
- Orders are held for 7 days while we wait for payment. Unpaid orders are cancelled after that.
- Orders ship after the payment has arrived in our account, usually within 2 business days of receipt.
- If an order is cancelled or refused after payment, we refund it to the original payment method.
Payment safety
Our payment details never change by email. Payment details are provided in your order email, and are always payable to NITMIBIO LLC.
